With 28 years experience as a business and real estate owner, office manager, and designer; Wendy's passion is working on and designing new innovative projects and making sure everything in the background runs smoothly. She loves assisting with plans, having a hands-on office management style, and being involved in all aspects of real estate projects.
Carlton Properties was founded almost 30 years ago, with the same principles that drive us today: "How can we serve?" Our goal is to search out the needs of our community and provide an innovative, quality product, and back it up with exemplary customer service.
We, Gary and Wendy Carlton, have owned and managed our family business since its inception, in 1993. We attribute our success, over the years, to our committed, dedicated, and talented employees, subcontractors, and vendors; who put the customer first in everything they do. Our small, 'family-oriented' and hands-on, business style; provides the foundational values, workmanship, and service that separate us from any other owner, builder, or property manager.
From leasing residential and commercial real estate, building commercial facilities, being the contractor on all our Tenant Improvement projects, to building high-end custom homes and home communities; our first love and sense of purpose comes from serving others and providing stress free, enjoyable, living, and working spaces.
