Riverside County DPSS Project

The County didn't believe Gary could get them in as fast as he did. With 38,000+ SF of a retail stores, including a Home Theater Company, Home Furniture Store, Retail Flooring, and our 'Patio Concepts' store, that included large, fully operational Rock Water fountains, a large Koi Pond, BBQ Islands, and Palapas, he went in with a skid-steer and had it leveled and cleared out in two days. 4 months later, we handed them their keys -and a birthday cake, for their then Director - and welcomed them to their new facility. 

After being their landlord for 14 years, and giving them excellent customer service, we were humbled after we were told we are their number one landlord. We appreciate the class and integrity they have shown us and the care they take of our building - they are a model tenant that we hope to work with, for years to come.
